The Pureflow AirDog 4G FP-150GPH A4SPBD104 is the original proven Air/Fuel Separation Cummins lift pump or Fuel Preporator. A fuel filtration lift pump system is a must have for your 1998.5-2004 24V 5.9L Cummins diesel. The fuel system on a diesel truck is the heart of the vehicle’s performance and reliability. This low pressure (preset at 15-17 psi) Cummins lift pump mounts to the inner frame rail using the supplied sandwich plate mounting system. The suction/fuel supply side connects directly to the supplied 1/2″ draw straw suction tube installed in the tank. The pressure side connects directly to the side of the VP44 or CP3 bypassing the block mounted factory pump and fuel filter canister. The AirDog FP-4G Cummins fuel pump incorporates the proven, quiet, and reliable 4G motor featured in the AirDog II systems. This 4-bearing motor technology is paired with the original FP high flow return base and pump assembly to maintain the proven benefits and features of the Original AirDog model. The AirDog FP-150 Cummins lift pump fuel system will solve the infamous P0087 & P1093 low fuel rail pressure codes. This positive supply of purified fuel being fed to your injection pump will also add performance, throttle response, and longevity to your vehicle. Due to extra stress on your fuel system from either high mileage and/or additional performance modifications, like a tuner or larger injectors, your injection pump can become weak over time. This may result in a drop of performance, reliability, and fuel economy. The supplied water separator (WS100) and fuel filter (FF100-2), that mount to the pump, filter your fuel down to a 2 micron rating, which surpasses the stock fuel filters filtration capability. This AirDog 150GPH lift pump is recommended for trucks that have a stock to a mildly upgraded fuel system (meaning mild or stock injectors, injection pump and tuning).
